Who we are
The founder of Idyra, trading as Idyra, Selangor, Malaysia, is the data controller until Idyra Sdn Bhd is incorporated. For questions, requests or complaints: WhatsApp +60 12-250 5150.
What we collect
- On this website: no cookies and no analytics of our own, and no form sends anything to us. The quote-request builder only prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser; nothing leaves the page until you press Send in WhatsApp. The web host (GitHub Pages) keeps standard access logs, such as IP address and time.
- On WhatsApp: your name and number as shown in WhatsApp, and what you choose to send us, such as property details and drawings.
- In drawings: title blocks can name owners, applicants and consultants. We use them only to confirm who may authorise the work, and never publish them.
- From others: an agent or owner may send us drawings or details that name you. We use them only for the showroom they asked for.
Why
To reply to you, prepare a quote or preview, carry out an order, and keep business records the law requires. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who else sees it
WhatsApp (Meta) carries our messages and may process them outside Malaysia. We use AI services to read drawings and messages and to prepare showrooms, including Anthropic (Claude) in the United States; drawings you send, including any names in their title blocks, may be processed by them outside Malaysia, only to prepare your quote, preview or order. Image services receive renders and models only. We share data with others only with your consent or where the law requires.
How long
Enquiries that do not lead to an order: deleted after 12 months. Order records: kept for 7 years for accounting. Drawings: deleted on request, or 90 days after hosting ends.
Your choices
You may ask to see or correct your personal data, withdraw consent, or ask us to stop messaging you, by WhatsApp to +60 12-250 5150. Giving us your details is voluntary; without them we cannot reply or quote.
