A written order form sets the scope, the drawing licence, the labelling rules and the acceptance criteria. No payment is taken before it is signed.
Payment
Orders open once Idyra Sdn Bhd is incorporated and has its own business bank account; until then we take no deposit or payment of any kind. The order form sets out the payment terms, including any deposit and when it is refunded against the written criteria (dimensions, labels, number of deliverables, deadline).
Your drawings stay yours
We take a licence to use them for your showroom, never publish them, and delete them on request.
Prices
Prices are in Malaysian ringgit. Tax treatment will be shown on the order form. Ask about founding places on WhatsApp; nothing is payable until the order form is signed.
